RBN Token shall have the absolute rights to approve or reject my application as RBN Token shall deem fit without assigning any reason. I also unconditionally agree to the terms and condition amended by RBN Token in future. RBN Token shall reserve the absolute right to deduct or set-off without notice, at any time, any or all monies or bonuses owing by me. Any dispute or discrepancy in the bonus calculation or claim of non-receipt of bonus shall be brought to the attention of RBN Token in writing within forty eight(48) hours from the bonus calculation date, failing which the bonus duly received. I also accept that any charges I incurred by RBN Token be deducted from my account. I hereby irrevocably authorize RBN Token to disclose and release anytime to any party all or any information or documents pertaining to this application or pertaining to particulars and affairs (Financial or otherwise), my accounts or any other information whether current or future or in its absolute discretion deem necessary to expedient. I express consent to such disclosure and conform and declare that no further consent from me is necessary or requested in relation to RBN Token should be under no liability for disclosing such information and I further undertake to ratify all or any act done by RBN Token pursuant to my consent and authorization given herein and to release RBN Token from all responsibilities and liabilities in connection with or arising from such disclosures.
